REGISTERED AGENT IPX Services acts as registered agent for all corporations it incorporates in the State of Colorado. The annual fee for these services is a donation of $25.00 to Infinity Pointe, a charitable nonprofit corporation. As your registered agent, IPX Services will receive all official notifications from the State of Colorado and forward them to you. All SPAM sent to IPX Services regarding the corporation will be discarded unless you advise USD otherwise. Most new corporations receive several dozen to several hundred solicitation letters offering business services for a fee or asking for a donation. IPX Services will dispose of these materials unless you advise USD otherwise. For more information about the services of a registered agent, please refer to our section on incorporations. If you require escrow services for any reason, IPX Services will be pleased to offer these services to you at no cost as your registered agent.
